We are a women-owned massage studio in Narragansett, and we built Orchid Nirvana Thai Massage & Bodywork around one idea: no two bodies carry stress the same way. That is why we start with a conversation and build a customized treatment plan before any hands touch skin. Some visits call for slow, restorative work. Others need targeted pressure and a clear plan for recovery.

Our menu is broad on purpose. We offer Thai massage rooted in assisted stretching and pressure-point work, along with Swedish massage for full-body relaxation. When muscles need deeper attention, we turn to deep tissue massage, and for athletes and weekend warriors, sports massage helps with recovery and mobility. We also provide reflexology, hot stone massage, and prenatal massage for expectant clients who need careful, comfortable care. Couples massage lets two people share the same quiet hour.

Beyond the core work, we help clients manage chronic pain, ease headaches, and improve flexibility. We add cupping therapy, hot towel treatments, aromatherapy, and assisted stretching when they serve the plan. Postpartum clients, people recovering from injury, and anyone with arthritis or joint pain will find work shaped to what their body actually needs, not a fixed routine.
